As we prepare for restoration of the North Manitou Shoal Light, we look forward to working with members of the local community, lighthouse enthusiasts, Michigan and Great Lakes historians, former lightkeepers, and others to build a community of support and stewardship around this icon of the Great Lakes. If you are interested in being part of our effort, we'd love to have you!
We have an organization with leadership and passion, and now you can be a part of it. We invite all who look forward to the day when they can visit “The Crib” to help us fund this significant renovation project.

Annual membership levels and related benefits include:
Lake Level Membership
($50 annual membership donation): Become part of the team, receive our quarterly newsletter and a NMLK logo sticker to showcase your support.
Crib Level Membership
($100 annual membership donation): Become part of the team, receive our quarterly newsletter and a NMLK logo sticker and t-shirt to showcase your support.
Light Keeper Membership
($250 annual membership donation): Become part of the team, receive our quarterly newsletter and a NMLK logo sticker, t-shirt and hat to showcase your support.

Contribute to our “Campaign For The Crib”
Donation levels and related benefits include:
- $1,000 donation: Receive a Light Keeper membership and capital campaign donor recognition in our newsletter and on our website
- $5,000 donation: Receive a Light Keeper membership and capital campaign donor recognition in our newsletter and on our website, and permanent donor recognition on the lighthouse
- $25,000+ donation: NMLK invites donors to discuss options to fund parts of the restoration and related special donor benefits, such as naming opportunities and special events.
